Artwork can be sent to us via email or sent on a disk. We prefer artwork produced in
Corel Draw V.11 or lower, Adobe Illustrator V.CS2 or lower, Photoshop or any high
quality graphics programme.

We can print from 2 types of formats:- Vector Outline & Bitmap
Vector artwork needs to be designed using CYMK and not RGB. When saving files please
make sure you save them for a PC and not mac, formats can be .ai, .pdf, or .cdr. Your
artwork must be saved the exact size of your required label as we will import and print
your file as the size you send.
Please note when saving your Coreldraw files that you convert your file to curves (if you
produce your artwork using the pen, square, circle and text tool down the side of the
page your file will be automatically saved in a vector format), in Illustrator select all text
and create outlines and the same with .pdf formats make sure all text has been
selected and outlines created.
With Bitmap artwork again save the file the exact size of your required label as a .jpeg,
.tiff, .gif, .bmp, .cpt or .psd etc. When producing labels from .tiff format the colours can
change quite dramatically so a high quality .jpeg is much better for quality and colour.

A proof will be emailed for approval on all jobs, which must be approved before
commencement of printing.

We can produce labels in a variety of shapes and sizes, create the desired shape to be
cut as a fine hairline in any colour, save as a vector outline as described above and we will
produce your label to that shape and size.

If you require us to design your label for you, please send all images required as separate
files as a .jpeg.
